Is your jewelry handmade?

Yes. Every piece is thoughtfully handmade to order using high-quality gemstones, crystals, and natural materials. 

What materials do you use?

We use a curated selection of natural gemstones, and metals such as 18k gold-filled and high-quality plated finishes. All materials are chosen for their beauty, durability, and energy.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Since each piece is made to order, please allow 2–4 business days for production before shipping. Once shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently do no ship worldwide. We will keep you updated once we ship international. 

Can I return or exchange my order?

We accept returns on unworn, non-custom items within 14 days of delivery. Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons. For more details, please visit our Return and Refund Policy below.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Our jewelry is delicate and should be treated with care. Keep it dry, avoid contact with chemicals, and store it in your Azzura pouch when not in use. For more details, visit our Jewelry Care Guide.

Do gemstones have meaning or healing properties?

Yes — many of the gemstones we use are believed to carry energetic and healing properties. While we love their spiritual significance, we encourage you to explore what resonates with you personally.

Returns and Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, undamaged pieces in their original packaging, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

To start a return, please email us at bijouxazzura@outlook.com with the subject line Return or Refund, including your order number and the reason for the return.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval and issue a refund to your original payment method.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your jewelry arrives defective or isn’t what you ordered, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right — always.

Final Sale Items

Custom orders, gift cards and items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or refunded. Earrings are excluded from refunds for hygiene purposes.

Our bespoke service invites you to collaborate with us in creating a custom piece that reflects your individual taste, celebrates a significant moment, or reimagines a treasured heirloom.

1. Initial Inquiry
Begin by sending us an email at bijouxazzura@outlook.com with the subject Custom Order. Share any ideas, inspirations, or sentimental details — whether you’re envisioning a particular gemstone, a symbolic motif, or have references like sketches, images, or Pinterest boards. No detail is too small — this is where your story begins.

2. Personal Consultation
Once we receive your inquiry, we will reach out to schedule a private consultation via phone, email, or video. This is a collaborative dialogue — we’ll explore your style preferences, design goals, budget, and any special elements you’d like to incorporate.

3. Design & Proposal
Following your consultation, we will prepare a bespoke design proposal. This includes:

• Concept sketches or digital renderings
• A curated selection of gemstones (if applicable)
• Metal options (silver, gold or rose gold stainless steel, gold-filled castings, etc.)
• An estimated quote and production timeline

At this stage, we refine the design until every detail is perfect. 

Please Note: At this time, we do not work with wax casting or create designs that require external casting molds. All custom pieces are meticulously fabricated by hand using traditional techniques to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and individuality.

4. Creation & Craftsmanship
Upon approval, a 50% deposit confirms your order and our artisans begin crafting your piece. Each element is meticulously created by hand, using ethically sourced materials and time-honored techniques. The creation process typically takes 4–8 weeks, depending on complexity.

5. Completion & Delivery
When your piece is complete, it undergoes final inspection to ensure the highest standards of quality. You will receive professional photographs of your piece, followed by beautifully packaged delivery to your doorstep or in-person collection (if applicable). Final balance is due upon completion.
