Return and Refund Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn, undamaged pieces in their original packaging, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
To start a return, please email us at bijouxazzura@outlook.com with the subject line Return or Refund, including your order number and the reason for the return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval and issue a refund to your original payment method.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your returned item.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your jewelry arrives defective or isn’t what you ordered, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right — always.
Final Sale Items
Earrings are excluded from return and refunds for hygiene purposes.
